Return & refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Sheaskyn Organics! We value every customer and want to ensure you are satisfied with our products. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us at support@sheaskynorganics.com within 15 days from the delivery date.
Returns:
We accept returns within 15days of your item’s delivery date. To qualify, the item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (such as a receipt). Shipping costs are not included in returns and remain non-refundable. Returns requested after 15 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Refund process:
After we receive and review your return, we’ll email you with an update. If approved, refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We do not issue refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. Providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. Not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Every hair type is different, but most of our customers have found success using our products. We are hopeful that you will have the same experience. We however make no guarantees, and apologize if you find no success with our products. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds on products that did not work for you.
